I love being at Magotteaux as I see this place as more than just a workplace. This is where I got my wings to try new things and work on different challenges.

I started at Magotteaux in 2011 as Manufacturing Engineer responsible for plant wide lean implementation and continuous improvement projects. After that I successively took the positions of Engineering Manager responsible for the design engineering and pattern shop departments and Technical & Corporate Projects Manager.

Currently, I am working as Regional Technology Resource Manager based in the USA and looking over several plant modernization and group strategic projects.

I got the opportunity to work with as well as learn from some of the most experienced managers who helped me to grow both professionally and personally. My co-workers have been very supportive and together we share the vision to make Magotteaux one of the most profitable and successful foundries in the world. Magotteaux’s global footprint is also one of the most impressive traits of this company where one gets to interact with different working cultures of the world and exposure to unique challenges. This is the company where I put my heart and passion at work and each day comes with some new form of learning and experience. I am proud to be a part of the Magotteaux team.
