Sand and gravel are now the most-extracted materials in the world. But the decline of available natural resources and the negative impact of natural sand’ extraction on the environment raised awareness of the need to find other solutions.
Manufactured sand produced by crushed rock is being considered as an appropriate alternative.
That is why we developed the Mag’Impact sand, a versatile crusher equipped with a 6 shoe-table to produce 0/4mm in closed circuit. With this specific configuration the reduction ratio can be optimized with high rotor speed.
Sand correction is also possible to achieve better fineness and grain shape.
