Magotteaux Navarra celebrates its 50th anniversary

The story of Magotteaux Navarra began in 1968.

At the time, the Magotteaux group, already well established in Belgium since 1920, decided to start its international expansion.

The idea was to implement a modern and largely mechanized industrial foundry to manufacture grinding components for the cement, mining and thermal power industry. With a share capital of 50 million pesetas, the company undertook to create 109 jobs, starting with 40.

Over the 50 years of history, the Magotteaux Group invested close to 30 million euros in Urdiain to maintain the plant at the highest manufacturing standards and allow it to access the newest technologies on the market.

Now Magotteaux Navarra is one of the most reliable & efficient manufacturing facilities in the Magotteaux world.
